LAST 4960 - Model OAS: This course offers undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in a diplomacy simulation exercise and to experience firsthand how the Organization of American States (OAS) General Assembly operates. Each participating delegation represents a country, and the Tulane delegation will represent the island nation of Dominica. The course meets weekly during the 2026 Spring semester and requires traveling to Washington, D.C. to participate in the Model OAS simulation exercise.
