Tulane University’s Office of Research hosted the inaugural Tulane University Research, Scholarship and Artistic Achievement Awards Thursday, November, 4th. The research award ceremony honored outstanding Tulane scholars and their exceptional research.
The following Latin Americanists were honored in the Achievement Awards.
2021 Research Hall of Fame Award: Elizabeth Hill Boone, from the School of Liberal Arts.
2021 Spirit of Tulane Award: Mia Bagneris, from the School of Liberal Arts.
2021 Innovation Award: Nora Lustig, from the School of Liberal Arts.
2021 Funding Awards: Mia Bagneris, from the School of Liberal Arts; and Adrian Anagnost, from the School of Liberal Arts.
2021 Student/Trainee Research Mentoring Award: Jana Lipman, from the School of Liberal Arts.
