The Stone Center is excited to announce that our “La Hora del Cuento” online YouTube series is back in action!
“La Hora del Cuento” is a YouTube series created in partnership with the New Orleans Public Library (NOPL). Each week, a guest will read a new book that explores Latin America and the Latinx community. These books are read aloud in English, Spanish, or both by Tulane students working towards service-learning credit. The videos are uploaded to YouTube every Thursday at 10:00 AM CST.
This program is a great opportunity to connect children and youth with texts and stories that deal with friendship, multiculturalism, and diversity. We hope you tune in and enjoy “La Hora del Cuento” during the weeks to come.
