This event was created in response to the brutal murder of Marielle Franco, a Brazilian politician, feminist, and human rights activist. The devastation felt by this echoes not only throughout Brazil, but throughout the Tulane community, as well as everywhere people are fighting for social justice. Please join us as we honor her life, her spirit, and the causes she dedicated herself to.
