From Detroit Free Press: Tulane professor Dr. Charles Figley comments on mental health after Hurricane Maria

Dr. Charles Figley, director of the Tulane University Traumatology Institute and School of Social Work professor, is considered an international expert on disaster mental health and post-traumatic stress disorder. In the Detroit Free Press, Dr. Figley states that the response to Hurricane Maria, which devastated Puerto Rico on September 20, 2017, is far worse than Katrina in New Orleans.
