The International Dance Festival New Orleans is a culmination of classes and performances that celebrate cross-cultural creative exchange. This year we are thrilled to host Cooperativa Corredor Danza Valparaíso from Chile as our inaugural international artists.

We invite the New Orleans community to participate in 2 packed days of workshops, lectures, and masterclasses and 3 nights of performances by artists from Chile and across the gulf south.  Whether you drop in for one event or join us for the full weekend, we can't wait to share this dynamic exchange of movement and ideas with you.

Featuring Cooperativa Corredor Danza Valparaíso, an association of women creators, dancers, educators and cultural managers of the city of Valparaíso, Chile. Our goal is to strengthen the production of artworks, create spaces of mediation for contemporary dance and promote the regional, national and international circulation of dance.
