9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. — Status Preservation, Intersectional Inequalities, and Far Right Politics in the US and Brazil, with Dr. Rory McVeigh (University of Notre Dame) and Dr. Sérgio Costa (Freie Universität Berlin).

10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. — Gender, Sexuality, and the Far Right in the US and Brazil, with Dr. Janice Irvine (University of Massachusetts, Amherst) and Dr. Flávia Biroli (University of Brasília).

(1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. — Media, Digital Platforms, and Far-Right Ideology and Politics, with Dr. Reece Peck (College of Staten Island) and Dr. Alan Finlayson (University of East Anglia).

 

MOVIE AND Q&A (The Village Theater at Lake Hall)

3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Screening of the documentary Propaganda: The New Manipulators, followed by debate with director Alexandra Jousset.
