On Friday, September 7, Latin Americanist faculty, staff, graduate students and undergraduates across disciplines enjoyed a reception hosted by the Stone Center for Latin American Studies welcoming them back to Tulane University for another academic year. The Gran Fiesta is an important yearly event that brings together a diverse Tulane community whose research and personal interests are rooted in Latin America. Like always, the Gran Fiesta was a huge success in bringing the Tulane Latin Americanist community together in celebration.
