Rachel Navarre

Former CIPR Post-Doctoral Fellow (2016-2017)

Rachel Navarre researches comparative public policy, specializing in immigration policy and politics in the United States and the European Union. She has conducted fieldwork in Barcelona and Madrid, Spain. Her work examines the effects of framing and issue definition on policy choices. She is currently working on several papers that extend her dissertation research. Navarre received her PhD in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016.
