Sebastian is from Guatemala. He holds a B.A. in Political Science. Currently an MA student in Latin American Studies at Tulane University. His interests focus on the intersection between law and politics, especially in judicial institutions, law & economics, and sociology of law. He is passionate about competitive and academic debate.
