Material Request Form

You may now submit your request on-line. Please fill out all information below. After you submit your request you will receive a confirmation stating that your email has been sent to the Resource Center. Due to the amount of material request we receive each semester, we are unable to confirm each order. If you DO NOT receive an email from the Resource Center stating the items are NOT AVAILABLE on the dates you request, assume your items will arrive prior to the showdate. We only respond directly to patrons when items are not available.

For non-Tulane/Loyola users your materials should arrive 5-7 days before your request Showdate (we will ship the materials two weeks in advance of the showdate).

For Tulane/Loyola users your materials will be available for pickup in the LARC office (100 Jones Hall, Tulane University) one week prior to showdate. It is advised that you pick up your materials within that week, as LARC staff are frequently out of the office.

If you don't have a User's Agreement on file with the Center, you may fill one out here. User's Agreement must be submitted before request can be made.
