Ordering
Instructions Please fill out the Publications Order Form and either fax, email, or mail it to us with payment. All orders will be shipped within four to six weeks through UPS. Payment The Latin American Resource Center accepts payment by personal check, money order, institutional purchase order, or credit card. At this moment, we do not accept debit cards. Please make all checks payable to "Tulane University." Institutional purchase orders can be placed by mail or fax. Please be sure to have your purchasing department clearly indicate both the billing and shipping addresses for the invoice and materials respectively. If you choose to pay by credit card, please call the LARC and we will take your order over the phone. Note that all orders must be accompanied by payment or institutional purchase order. We are a very small, grant funded operation and therefore cannot send out publications without receiving payment or guarantee of payment (purchase order) before shipping materials. Preview Policy Due to the nature of our center we do not send out preview copies of our publications. If you are unhappy with any of our publications, we will refund you for the full amount of the publication as soon as we receive the publication intact. We do ask that you accompany your return with a letter outlining your dissatisfaction with the publication.
