On November 17th, the Tulane Office of Global Health will be presenting “Declining Inequality in Latin America: a Decade of Progress” as part of the Provost’s Faculty Seminars in Interdisciplinary Research. The lecture will be given by Dr. Nora Lustig, the Samuel Z. Stone Chair in Latin American Economics.

This event is free and open to the public. Transportation will be provided from Tulane’s Uptown campus. A 25 passenger van will transport students from the Howard Tilton Memorial Library shuttle stop at 3:15. For more information contact Andrea Meyer.

This summer, join us for La hora del cuenta bilingual readings series at the Pebbles Centers of the New Orleans Public Libraries!

On the first and last Saturday of every month, we will read a bilingual book at the Algiers Regional Library and the Children’s Resource Center Library beginning on Saturday April 28 until Saturday, August 25. Children and parents welcome!
