The conference Cuba: 50 Years of Revolution will be held on Tulane’s uptown campus in the Greenleaf Conference Room in Jones Hall on Friday, November 13th. Members of Tulane’s Latin Americanist community will be joined by other national and international scholars and academics to discuss Cuban politics, economics, environmental issues, race and relations with the United States.

The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP before November 10th.

This event is sponsored by the Center for Inter-American Policy and Research and the Cuban & Caribbean Studies Institute.

This summer, join us for La hora del cuenta bilingual readings series at the Pebbles Centers of the New Orleans Public Libraries!

On the first and last Saturday of every month, we will read a bilingual book at the Algiers Regional Library and the Children’s Resource Center Library beginning on Saturday April 28 until Saturday, August 25. Children and parents welcome!
