Dr. Jayur Mehta, Instructor and Archaeologist at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, will present a talk on his recent research on Mississippian period mound-building in the Mississippi Delta titled “Native American Earthworks in the Mississippi River Delta of Southeastern Louisiana.”
