MARI is pleased to announce the 16th Brown Bag of the 2015-2016 academic year. Erin Patterson, Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Anthropology, will give a talk titled “Mobility in the Central Maya Lowlands: Strontium, Oxygen, and Carbon Isotope Values from La Corona and El Perú-Waka’” about her recent research on biochemistry of burials from the Peten region of Guatemala during the Classic Maya period.
