Please join us to hear Dr. Jana Lipman as she presents the lessons learned from Guatánamo Bay and their bearing on current events, such as the refugee crisis and U.S.- Cuban relations. Jana Lipman is a specialist in the 20th century U.S., especially foreign relations, social and political history, Cuba and Vietnam. This event is sponsored by the Newcomb College Institute of Tulane University.
