Location

Join the Pebbles Center Westbank, at the Algiers Regional Public Library, for a Fall Kite Festival!

The festival, from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM on Saturday, October 24th, will provide opportunities to make kites like those made in Guatemala for Day of the Dead celebrations. A Guatemalan kite maker will be in attendance to show how the kites are made and explore their importance.

A great way to learn about a new culture and to enjoy a fall day!

Don’t forget to check out other ways to learn about and celebrate Day of the Dead around New Orleans!
