Stone Center Awarded $1.85 Million in Grants- New Wave

The Stone Center’s grant award was mentioned in a New Wave article by Barri Bronston.

“The U.S. Department of Education has awarded the Roger Thayer Stone Center for Latin American Studies at Tulane University $1.85 million in grants as part of a nationwide effort to help strengthen global competitiveness through international studies and world language training.

The four-year grants continue the Stone Center’s designation as a National Resource Center on Latin America and provide fellowships to students interested in pursuing advanced foreign language studies.”
